Here are some ideas we've been kicking around for some vegan classes. Please contact and let us know what you're interested in even if it's not on the list.
Simply
Swiftly - Recipes and ideas to make quick and easy meals.
Pack-it-up
and go! - We'll cover ideas for meals on the go whether you're off to work, to school or the trail.
Tea
and Treats - Do you enjoy chai? Have you ever had chai cake? How about raw chai cookies? In this class we'll learn about tea and yummy things that go with it. We'll also make some things using tea as an ingredient.
Raw
Vitality - Beyond the salads and smoothies are raw crackers, cookies even raw carrot cake with icing! We'll also cover nut/seed/bean sprouting and make hummus (goes with the raw crackers).
Tempeh
and Beans - Whaddaya do with tempeh? Season it, bake it and the make it into several different things! We'll also take a look at beans, especially the innocent soybean and make our own "soysage" (soybean sausage) and wonderful black bean burgers.
Crepes - Filled with sweets, filled with savories we'll also cover smoky tempeh (vegan bacon), soysage (vegan sausage) and make chai tea.
